Questions

Straight answers,
including the awkward ones.

If a question you have isn't here, ask it in the community or email us. We'd rather answer it in public and add it to this page.

Getting started

5 questions
Do I need to know anything about crypto to join?

No. The learning path is written for someone who has never owned a digital asset and doesn't know what a wallet is. Lesson one starts with what crypto actually is, in plain language, and assumes nothing before it.

The community is explicitly built so that basic questions are normal. If anyone makes you feel stupid for asking one, tell us — that's a moderation problem, not your problem.

Do I need to own any crypto to start?

No. You can create an account, work through the entire learning path, attend founder sessions once they are scheduled, and take part in the community without ever buying anything.

Plenty of members never buy anything at all, and that is a completely legitimate way to use this.

How long does it take to get started?

About ten minutes. Creating an account takes a couple of minutes, and lesson one is a three-minute read. After that you can go at whatever pace you like — the path saves where you left off.

What do I actually need to sign up?

An email address. That's it. We send a one-time sign-in link, so there is no club password to create or remember. We don't ask for identity documents, a wallet address, a phone number or payment details to join.

Is this available where I live?

The education and community are open to anyone. Participation in a future launch may be restricted depending on your jurisdiction, and where that applies we'll say so clearly on the launch page rather than leaving you to find out afterwards.

Membership

5 questions
Is membership really free? What's the catch?

Membership is free and there is no paid tier today. The honest answer to "what's the catch" is that this company intends to launch its own projects, and a community that already understands what we do is the audience for those launches.

That is the business model, stated plainly. You are never obliged to take part in anything, and the education stays free whether you do or not.

Will it stay free?

The core education and community are intended to stay free. We may add paid features later, and if we do, anything you already have access to won't be moved behind a paywall retroactively.

What is Sunday Live and do I have to attend?

It's a weekly hour with the founder covering where the company is, what shipped, what broke, and whatever members ask — live and on the record. It runs whether four people show up or four thousand.

Attendance is entirely optional. Replays are posted within a day, so you lose nothing by watching later.

What's in the app, and when is it ready?

The app carries the whole membership: your learning path, session reminders and replays, founder updates, launch previews and the community. It's in progress and we haven't set a public date, because we would rather miss nothing than announce one and slip.

The account you create today is the same one that will sign into it. There will be nothing to migrate.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, at any time, and the data goes with it. We don't sell member data or share it with advertisers. Email us if you want it done manually and we'll confirm when it's complete.

Safety

5 questions
Someone messaged me saying they're from the team. Is that real?

No. We never DM first — not for support, not for an opportunity, not to verify anything. No admin, moderator, team member or bot will ever message you first, permanently and without exception.

Anyone who does is an impersonator. Don't reply, screenshot it, and send it to security@nextcoinclub.com or post it in the community.

Will you ever ask for my seed phrase or private keys?

Never, in any wording, for any reason. Not your seed phrase, not your private key, not your password, and not a wallet signature to "verify membership". There is no situation in which we need them.

Nobody legitimate ever will. Treat any such request, from anyone, as theft in progress.

Do you hold my crypto?

No. We are not custodial. The platform never holds your funds, and if you ever take part in a launch you do so from a wallet you control, through channels published on this website.

How do I know I'm on the real website?

Read the domain character by character — the only correct one is nextcoinclub.com. Check the address starts with https://, scroll past paid search ads, and bookmark this page once you're here safely.

Every official link we have is listed in one place on the security page. If you found a link anywhere else, check it there first.

I already sent money to a scammer. What now?

Tell us anyway, at security@nextcoinclub.com. We can't recover funds and won't pretend otherwise — no one can reverse an on-chain transaction. What we can do is warn every other member within the hour and get the account reported.

You will not be judged for it here. These attacks are professional and designed to work on careful people.

Launches

5 questions
Is there a token? When is the first launch?

There is no token today. The first launch is the next phase on our roadmap and we haven't announced a date, because announcing dates we aren't certain of is how projects end up lying to people.

When there is one, members hear about it here before anyone else, with the details published in full.

Will I make money?

We will never tell you that you will. It is written into our standards that we don't state or imply returns, in marketing, in the community, or in a live session.

Digital assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf is not speaking for us, and we'd like to know about it.

What does "members first" actually mean?

Every launch is introduced to members before it is announced publicly, along with the material explaining what it is. Early access is never sold, auctioned or handed to outsiders ahead of the community.

It means information first. It does not mean a better price, a guaranteed allocation, or a better outcome.

Will the team hold tokens? Will you tell us?

Before every launch we publish what the team holds and any lock-up terms, in advance. You will always be able to see our position before you decide anything.

Do I have to take part in launches to be a member?

No. Nothing about membership requires you to participate in anything. There is no ranking, no pressure and no penalty for sitting every launch out — and no member is ever disadvantaged in the education or the community for doing so.

Company

6 questions
Who runs this?

The Next Coin Club is operated by The Next Coin Club Company, founded by Jemmell Lovette. He writes the education material and is personally accountable for every launch. Sunday Live is Planned while the streaming setup is completed and rehearsed.

More detail is on the company page and the team page.

How big is the team?

One named founder, plus a small number of contractors and volunteer moderators engaged as needed. We are hiring for a developer, a community moderator and an educator.

We won't inflate that number. A one-person company moves slower and is more fragile, and you should weigh that honestly rather than be reassured by a team page that isn't true.

Are you a fund, a broker or financial advisors?

None of those. We don't pool or manage anyone's money, we don't take custody of assets, and nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are an education, community and launch platform.

If you need advice on a financial decision, speak to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

How do you make money?

Today, we don't — the company is early stage and pre-revenue. The intended model is that the company builds and launches its own projects, with members introduced to them first.

We'd rather state that plainly than describe the membership as a favour we're doing for you.

What happens if you break one of your own standards?

We say so publicly, and explain what happened. The standards were published before we had any launch to apply them to, specifically so they couldn't be quietly rewritten to suit one later.

They're only meaningful if keeping them costs us something. Sometimes it will.

How do I contact you, or work with you?

Every route — general, press, security and support — is listed on the contact page, along with honest response times. Open roles are on the team page.

Still unsure?

The best way to judge us
is to watch us.

Membership is free. The first three beginner lessons and the complete Build path are open without an account; Sunday Live and the community open after free sign-in. You can take as long as you like to decide whether this is worth your time.
