These terms apply when you use the site or create an account. They describe the current free learning product, community, optional non-custodial wallet connection, and devnet practice tools. Features labeled Planned or Testing are not promised services.
If a law that applies to you gives you rights these terms cannot limit, those rights still apply. Questions can be sent to support@nextcoinclub.com.
Membership is free, we never hold your funds, and nothing we publish is financial advice. What follows sets that out properly.
The Next Coin Club is operated by The Next Coin Club Company. The service includes this website, the member application, the lesson content, Sunday Live sessions, and the official community channels we operate. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
There is no joining fee for the learning path or community. If we offer an optional paid publication or feature, its price and terms will be shown before purchase. A paid product will not silently remove access that was already included in free membership.
You must be at least 18, give accurate information, keep one account rather than several, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email security@nextcoinclub.com.
You may not break the law, impersonate us or anyone else, claim to speak for the company, send unsolicited promotions to other members, solicit investment, post other people's private information, attempt to breach our security, or ask any member for their seed phrase, keys, or password.
Impersonation is the most serious violation here. It results in immediate permanent termination without notice, and we will report it to the relevant platform and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.
The community exists so people can ask questions without being sold to. Do not give financial advice to other members. Do not promote tokens or opportunities. Do not create urgency around anyone's financial decision. Do not harass anyone.
Beginners' questions are welcome, always. Mocking one is a violation.
The service, its content, design, code and name belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.
What you post stays yours. By posting, you give us a licence to host and display it in connection with the service. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already distributed and copies held in backups.
Nothing on this service — no lesson, post, session, message, or launch page — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, adviser, fund, bank, or custodian, and we are not registered as any of those.
We will never state or imply that you will make money. If anyone claims otherwise on our behalf, they are not speaking for us.
The service may let you connect or create a non-custodial wallet through a third-party provider. We do not control its keys, cannot sign for you, and do not take deposits or hold a balance on your behalf. Blockchain transactions can be permanent and may not be reversible or recoverable.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet password, or recovery share. There is no circumstance in which we need them. Anyone asking is not us.
We may introduce digital assets or projects to members. We do not guarantee that any launch will happen, on any timeline or at all; that you will be able to participate; that any allocation, quantity, price or access will be available to you; or that anything launched will have any particular outcome or value.
Access may be limited by capacity, technical constraints, your jurisdiction, or legal requirements. Membership does not create a right or entitlement to participate in anything. It is your responsibility to know whether participation is lawful where you live.
The service is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that the educational content is complete, current, or correct, or that following it produces any particular result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or loss arising from a decision you make about a digital asset. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may delete your account at any time in settings, or by emailing support@nextcoinclub.com. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service — with notice and a reason where that is practical. For impersonation, attempts to obtain another member's keys, or conduct that puts members at risk, termination is immediate and permanent.
The laws and courts that have authority over you and The Next Coin Club Company apply. Nothing here removes consumer or privacy rights that cannot be waived where you live. Contact support@nextcoinclub.com first so we have a chance to resolve a dispute informally.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email registered members and post a notice here before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, you can delete your account. Previous versions stay available with their dates.
Digital assets are high-risk. Prices are volatile and you may lose the entire amount you put in. Nothing on this website or in our community is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. Never participate with more than you can afford to lose. Availability may be restricted depending on where you live. If you're unsure, speak to a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
