Purpose and positioning
- Write one sentence explaining the coin without promising returns.
- Confirm the name, ticker, image, links, and canonical mint identity.
- Identify the creator and publish how the platform verifies that identity.
- Decide what makes the community worth joining without requiring a purchase.
Ownership and conflicts
- Calculate the creator’s opening position from the confirmed transaction.
- Publish company, creator, treasury, market-making, and related-party wallets.
- Define any lock, vesting, or transfer restrictions in verifiable terms.
- Disclose who earns fees from buys, sells, referrals, and post-graduation liquidity.
A launch should not depend on coordinated buying, misleading volume, undisclosed promotion, or insiders selling into manufactured urgency. Those behaviors destroy trust and can create legal exposure.
Curve and liquidity
- Record the audited program address and exact configuration.
- Publish start state, fees, migration threshold, and destination AMM.
- Simulate buys and sells of several sizes to show price impact.
- Explain what happens to liquidity positions after graduation.
- Confirm monitoring and pause authority, including who controls it.
Security and wallet flow
- Pin SDK and transaction-builder versions.
- Simulate every transaction immediately before signing.
- Show input, estimated output, minimum output, price impact, slippage, fees, network, and destination.
- Test rejection, expiry, duplicate submission, RPC outage, and mobile reconnect.
- Complete an independent security review and incident plan.
Community and content
- Prepare launch explanation, risk page, FAQs, moderation rules, and support contacts.
- Give members useful non-financial ways to participate.
- Create a schedule for updates after launch—not just before it.
- Separate paid promotion, creator statements, platform statements, and member opinions.
Operations after the transaction
- Monitor curve state, RPC health, failed transactions, support volume, and suspicious trading.
- Reconcile every confirmed launch and trade against canonical backend state.
- Publish changes, incidents, material wallet movements, and graduation outcomes.
- Maintain a correction process for inaccurate creator or platform claims.
Launch gate: if the create transaction works but selling, support, reconciliation, or incident response does not, the product is not ready for real money.
